Music, Art & Drama MAD Society

MAD “Jobs” definition: all performance & meeting elements that can be completed by a leader, guardian, adult volunteer, or student.

Every Job needed for every MAD show & meeting is already listed & described in the Handbooks in Student Questionnaires, the Commitment Contract, & in Calendar reminders for everyone to stay organized.

Some Jobs are necessary, other jobs are 'add on' as people volunteer for them.  Jobs that do not have a student or guardian excited about doing them should not be attempted, and that’s ok! No MAD Society does every suggested element in the Handbook.

As Coach, I encourage you to ignore any jobs in the Handbook that don’t fit anyone in your MAD or jobs no one signs up for.

Jobs and experiences at MAD make amazing resume & application highlights.

In the Jobs* guide, jobs are listed alphabetically so they are easy to find.

MAD HINT: as your MAD matures and gets easier to facilitate, you can add MAD Jobs to fit the talents & gifts of your students.
