The Secret to MAD Coaching
John 14:26 — “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.”
This verse holds an incredible truth: the Holy Spirit teaches us all things. He reminds us of what Jesus said and shows us what the Father is doing. Through Him, we are fully equipped for every good work — in life, in faith, and even in the creative spaces we lead.
From God, to Jesus, through the Holy Spirit, to us — the power flows perfectly.
As Philippians 4:13 reminds us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
That includes leading a group of students in a small-town theater club.
That includes creating a space where art, music, and drama come alive in a way that honors God.
That includes discipling through creativity.
There’s no reason to fear stepping into leadership — no weakness that God cannot strengthen, no skill He cannot teach, no impact too small to matter. Because He shows no favoritism (Acts 10:34), the same Spirit that equips one person to lead can equip you too.
The Heart of MAD Coaching
MAD (Music, Art & Drama) Coaching is about more than performances or applause — it’s about purpose.
Every rehearsal, every skit, every song becomes a moment to guide young people toward discovering who they are in Christ.
As a coach, your goal is simple: to help students see the steps on their path — to live out their unique calling and to reflect the peace and joy that come from walking with Jesus.
We are not just raising performers.
We’re making disciples through creativity.
We’re helping kids “catch” a faith that is alive, joyful, and full of peace.
You Can Do This
Whether you lead under the covering of a church, a school, or from your own living room — you can become a MAD Society Coach. You don’t need a stage or a big budget. You just need a willing heart and a trust that the Holy Spirit will teach you all things.
Be a fountain, not a drain.
